Which software do we work with?

We are highly-proficient in integrating all types of software on client to server platforms. We work heavily with clients using Genie Solutions, Daylite, Xero, MYOB Accountedge Pro, Microsoft Server, Mac Server, Office 365, Google Apps for Business, cPanel hosted services and many more!

Do you supply custom computers and hardware?

We build and custom configure our quality computers to suit our clients. This ensures that you are not waiting for weeks to receive your machine. In most instances, your new machine will be ready within 1-3 days. Our custom computers and hardware prices are also very competitive, without sacrificing quality!

Do you only service specific brands of computers?

We are highly competent in servicing all notebook (laptop) and desktop computers. We specialise in Apple Macintosh, but also know all PC computers inside out! This includes brands like Dell, Hewlett Packard (HP), Compaq, IBM, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Sony Viao, Toshiba, Samsung, MSI, LG and many more. We offer professional repair of all software and hardware related repairs.

How quickly can you help?

In most instances, we will attend to you on the same day of booking. On rare occasions, however, it may have to be the next day.

If we can’t fix a software-related issue, we do not charge.

Just to be clear, what primary IT / computer services do you offer?

We work with everything IT related (networking, server and client machines, remote access, email, file storage, backup solutions, software integration, iOS platforms, hardware, iMac and MacBook repair Gold Coast and Brisbane, etc.) and if we can’t resolve your issue or provide a solution that we don’t support, we will know someone reliable who can.
