In-house support submission


I authorise Tech Help Direct to repair my equipment. I understand that:
(1) there is a minimum fee of $75.00 (incl. GST) for all diagnostics that may not include any repairs.
(2) the labour rate is $150.00 per hour (incl. GST) with a minimum of 30 minutes.
(3) the labour fee does not include the cost of any parts or equipment, which will be communicated prior to installation or repair.
(4) backup of data is solely the customer’s responsibility before submitting their computer or hardware for repair. Tech Help Direct will not be held liable for data loss under any circumstances.
(5) computers will be disposed of if abandoned for over 30 (thirty) days and remain uncollected.
(6) personal items should not be provided with a computer deposited for repair unless requested. Tech Help Direct accepts no liability or responsibility for damage or loss of accessories that are not related to the repair.
