I have over 10 years of ICT experience, fuelled by a passion for operational efficiency and attention to detail. I have worked for Apple Pty Ltd as a technician for 2 years and Telstra for 3 years. I have completed a Business degree majoring in Marketing and Psychology which helps me relate to all business and understanding their needs. My experience helps me understand and create effective solutions for all types of businesses by streamlining the way ICT systems function. As Managing Director of Tech Help Direct, I am the lead project manager for our enterprise deployments. I specialise in Apple (with both Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) certifications) and PC server administration, advanced networking, enterprise MDM solutions and OS integration.
