Andrei Voznjak is a Support Technician at Tech Help Direct. Born and raised in Estonia, Andrei migrated to Australia in 2010. Andrei attended BNIT TAFE to achieve a diploma in ICT Networking. Andrei's ICT career began in 2013 when he graduated and joined a Brisbane-based company supporting a multitude of businesses with onsite hardware and software issues using Windows and macOS systems. Andrei's biggest passion is networking and computing systems. Both of these are always changing and it's exciting to stay at the forefront of technical solutions. Andrei's professional goals are to advance his knowledge and skillset to expand his abilities in the ICT security and automation space.
