Andrew Kerr is one of our Systems Administrators at Tech Help Direct. His background includes working consistently and expertly with the Apple ecosystem over his 7+ years within Apple Retail and AppleCare.
Andrew is passionate about providing personalised solutions and he enjoys challenging and complex requests. He identifies exactly what clients are trying to achieve and exceeds that desired outcome in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that any processes are clearly documented for future reference. He enjoys assisting his fellow technicians with any complex issues that they may come across themselves so that, together, the greater team can develop.

Team Description

Andrew is part of our level 2 support team as a Systems Administrator. The level 2 support team are more tenured, experienced and skilled, working with advanced support requests and acting as an escalation point to level 1 support technicians. With solid administration, configuration and management skills in our vendor-supported systems and services, Systems Administrators operate efficiently to complete simple tasks faster with a broader knowledge to consult on and implement updated strategies that improve security and workflows.
