Andrew is part of our level 2 support team as a Systems Administrator. The level 2 support team are more tenured, experienced and skilled, working with advanced support requests and acting as an escalation point to level 1 support technicians. With solid administration, configuration and management skills in our vendor-supported systems and services, Systems Administrators operate efficiently to complete simple tasks faster with a broader knowledge to consult on and implement updated strategies that improve security and workflows.
