Over the years, after moving to our team from a long-standing technical position within Apple, Karlen's skills have developed at an extraordinary pace due to his tenacious nature to optimise systems to the point that they reach ultimate efficiency.

Team Description

Karlen Erhart is the Operations & Projects Manager, with over five years of tenure, at Tech Help Direct. Karlen is highly experienced and certified as a Systems Engineer, within our level 3 support team, to support all of our vendor-approved systems and services at the highest level. Due to Karlen's exceptional skillset, he manages our largest projects to ensure that they are completed to the highest quality and as efficiently as possible. As our Operations Manager, Karlen also works to streamline our internal systems to a point where we can comfortably say they are close to perfect and ultimately secure.
