I have a varied professional background across many industries, working in the medical field in hospitals and aged care, to running a family business in telecommunications. Each position I’ve held has given me skills and experience in customer relations, enabling me to fine tune clients’ requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
My experience extends into management and organisation, having previously managed a hearing clinic where I gained experience in scheduling and coordinating a small team and client base.
