Tim Beavis is a Systems Administrator at Tech Help Direct with more than 10 years of experience working in technical support roles, including three in the Apple support network. Tim began as a Technical Specialist at the Apple Store in Chermside, Brisbane, before migrating to an Apple Creative role, providing One-to-One and group training sessions for new and experienced Apple users. Tim progressed his career, moving to Genie Solutions where he supported customers with a multitude of medical and technical enquiries for both Apple macOS and Windows devices and servers. Tim is passionate about all things technology and truly enjoys finding the perfect solution for every client.
