Who Am I

Tim McDonald is the People & Projects Manager at Tech Help Direct, where he helps manage the technical team with training and support and many of our client projects. Tim has extensive experience in end-user support, with close attention to detail and customer experiences that exceed expectations. Tim's objective is to ensure elite services and solutions are provided to meet and surpass individual and corporate needs. He loves that he can share his knowledge and expertise to find what works to promote operational efficiency. Tim has been a Tech Help Direct team member for eight years (as of 2022) and was formerly a team leader at AppleCare support for five years, managing various teams and projects, locally and internationally.

I strategically and comprehensively analyse current workflow outcomes and recommend the systems and solutions that are most appropriate to achieve business goals. I am very detailed with network documentation to ensure that our entire team can operate as autonomously and efficiently as possible, streamlining the experience for our clients.
