I have over 15 years of ICT experience, fuelled by a passion for operational efficiency and attention to detail. I have worked at Apple as a technical expert for two years and with Telstra for three years, while founding Tech Help Direct and completing a degree in Business (majoring in Marketing and Psychology) at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. My experience helps me understand and create effective solutions for all types of businesses by streamlining the way ICT systems function. As Director of Tech Help Direct, I am also the lead project manager for our enterprise deployments. I specialise in advanced network security, large device deployments, server configuration and of course, integrating all Apple and Microsoft systems.
I’m passionate about user experience because technology is not a one-size-fits-all solution in an organisation. Employees should have a choice about which hardware, software, systems and peripherals to use to collaborate within an organisation effectively. The technology user experience strongly correlates with employee satisfaction, and as common sense tells us, satisfied employees have a better tenure. The user experience is also dependent on systems operating efficiently, demanding a strong foundation for security, infrastructure, and cloud services. I manage the process of assessment, planning, testing, deploying and integrating technology, to enable employee satisfaction.
