Daniel Mucha is a Systems Administrator at Tech Help Direct with over 10 years of technical support experience. Daniel's journey started with the management of an internet cafe, supporting computers and securing the operation of the network. Subsequently, a passion for Apple systems paved the way to a senior technical role at Apple Care, where Daniel became a trainer and mentor for many of the technical team. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the Tech Help Direct team with a calm and patient approach to solving technical difficulties.

Team Description

Daniel is part of our level 2 support team as a Systems Administrator. The level 2 support team are more tenured, experienced and skilled, working with advanced support requests and acting as an escalation point to level 1 support technicians. With solid administration, configuration and management skills in our vendor-supported systems and services, Systems Administrators operate efficiently to complete simple tasks faster with a broader knowledge to consult on and implement updated strategies that improve security and workflows.
